Inspiration
I’m not really sure why I made this costume…but I did. So there, BLAH! Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is a very funny series though, so I recommend watching it if you like bizarre things.
Construction
A simple red baby doll dress with white lace trim and a VERY YELLOW wig. Can’t say I like this wig that much, it’s very unmanageable and really brightly colored. I might re-purpose it for a future costume.
